On Black Friday, I will be buying a new TV, as the previous one broke. I will be looking for 80"+, for my main living area, looking for the best deal, with a modest bias towards LG to retain compatibility with my existing other TV but open to all models. I care about good interface, picture quality, reliability (especially how likely it is to break on impact if children do something dumb), ease of streaming, set of inputs (for various gaming systems etc) and all the general things.
I will be trying out ChatGPT Shopping as part of the exploration.
Resolves to YES if ChatGPT Shopping identifies the model I actually buy and the vender I ultimately buy it from, whether or not I would have found them anyway, and points me towards it (e.g. if I'd only used this, I would have made the same choice).
Resolves to NO if ChatGPT Shopping does not do this.
You are (of course!) welcome to offer your own recommendations and thoughts about TVs in the comments.
