I will use the rounding displayed by Letterboxd, however it is calculated. Thus, KFP3's displayed rating of 3.3 would count as >=3.3, but not >=3.2, whatever the average rating is when you hover over it.
I will check the Letterboxd score to resolve the market two weeks after release (I can't guarantee what time of day that will be).
For reference, the Letterboxd rating is similar to the IMDB rating (it's just the site I much prefer using), although it's out of 5 stars, not 10.
