Source: I will resolve this market based on whatever is stated by Matthew Stewart, who regularly posts screen time calculations on his Twitter. Further details below.
For reference, here is his post for Dune (2021): https://twitter.com/MatthewAStewart/status/1457105533824077826
Timothée Chalamet - 1:02:14 (40.04%)
Rebecca Ferguson - 32:35 (20.97%)
Oscar Isaac - 20:18 (13.06%)
Josh Brolin - 11:31 (7.41%)
Sharon Duncan-Brewster - 9:47 (6.29%)
Jason Momoa - 9:29 (6.10%)
Zendaya - 6:22 (4.10%)
Thus, for Dune (2021), this question would have resolved to Rebecca Ferguson.
Details:
To be clear, this is for the second most screen time. Thus, Timothee Chalamet is (currently) included in "Other", as it seems exceedingly unlikely that he isn't #1.
You can add him, or other options, split off from "Other", but try to follow the same formatting.
If Matthew Stewart does not post any screen time data within 3 months, I will substitute with whatever reputable-looking source I can find. However, he seems to be pretty consistent, so hopefully that isn't necessary. If I can't find any source 1 month after Dune: Part Two releases on streaming, I will likely have to resolve this N/A (that should be unlikely).
I'm not sure when this will resolve—for Dune (2021) it only took Matthew Stewart <1 month to post the data, but sometimes it takes longer.

Resolves to ZENDAYA.
Check out a market for the run time of DEADPOOL & WOLVERINE:
#2 in screen time looks almost certain to be Lady Jessica or Chani, and I made a market specifically for how much they'll try to flesh out the character of Princess Irulan (as she has very few lines in the book).
"Will Florence Pugh (Princess Irulan) have more screen time in Dune: Part Two than Zendaya did in Dune: Part One? (>6:22)"
