If you want to save a tweet you can save the link to it, e.g. https://twitter.com/avitalbalwit/status/1646552310666133504. If you want to see a user's tweets you can look through their history, e.g. https://twitter.com/jack. This question resolves positively if, at close, either kind of link generally doesn't give you the desired content and there is no simple procedure to fix it (e.g. replacing "twitter" with "x" is simple.)
