Currently the Philly Socialists are at a crossroads and considering the organization's future. One proposal, from a founder of the organization, is that the organization should fold and join the US Communist Party.
For this to resolve "Yes", there would have to be one or more official proposals that passes by Dec 31, 2023 (probably at a General Assembly or Constitutional Convention) that 1) disband the organization and 2) explicitly recommend that the members join the Communist Party (and do so in preference to any other organization).
