This resolves to the percentage of the two person (Arevalo + Torres) vote Arevalo gets (nullo/blanco vote is excluded). Based on the official results from the TSE. If the TSE does not issue official results within 30 days, but does issue early results with > 95% of the vote counted - I will use that.
If the election is cancelled, this will resolve NA.
