In the absence of the creator, this market has been extended until January 2027, at which point, if there are no real updates in 2026 about developments in the investigation, charges, etc. it will resolve NO. The market will continually be extended otherwise until we have a conclusion or the pursuit of Henyard 'fizzles out'.

@prismatic it's not super clear to me if this is definitely meant to end on the close date, as it was previously extended and there's no set end date
can we get some clarification? @creator , or maybe we will need to just decide if they are inactive
@Gen Yeah, they also did create it on May 26, 2024, 7:10:22 AM, so its been a year and a half, which is uaully more than enough time for a criminal investigation of this scope.
@prismatic if there's an ongoing federal investigation we should probably leave it for the market creator, but I won't actively reopen it right now, hopefully they see it
@Gen bump since it's been two weeks and creator is still inactive. Any ideas on what we should do? I was hoping to exit from this position soon, since its tieing up a lot of my liquidity.
