Resolves YES if all of the following markets are resolved the same way:

Resolves NO if they are resolved differently, either due to misresolution or slight differences in resolution criteria. Also resolves NO if some of these markets are still unresolved by the end of February.

If a market is misresolved at first, but then the resolution is corrected (which is not something that's currently possible), I will try to use the corrected resolution.
