So far, Trump has avoided commenting on whether or not he supports Matt Gaetz's attempt to remove Kevin McCarthy as speaker.

"I don't know anything about those efforts, but I like both of them very much," Trump told reporters in Iowa.

"I think it's too early [to comment], it just happened a little while ago. I've always had a great relationship with [McCarthy], he said very nice things about me and the job I've done, so I appreciate that."

Before October 31st, will it be reported or captured on video that Trump expresses support for getting rid of Kevin McCarthy? For this resolve as yes, the statement of support has to be unambiguous. It cannot be, for instance , a statement that Trump has heard a lot of people say it's time for Kevin to move on. Please see my related market about weather Trump makes a statement ambiguously supporting removal.

Only statements created after the creation of this market will count.

I think yes, as historically observed, Trump and McCarthy do not share similar point of views, they have had disagreements. From Trump opposing military aid to Ukraine (which McCarthy supported strongly), to McCarthy quoting that Trump "bears responsibility for Wednesday's attack on Congress", the imbalance between them has reflected in spite of belonging to the same party. This incident just showed that the Republican Party is difficult to be managed. We expect to get a response from Trump sometime soon as he says, “Why is it that Republicans are always fighting among themselves, why aren’t they fighting the Radical Left Democrats who are destroying our country". https://www.cnn.com/2023/10/04/politics/mccarthy-victim-trump-gop-revolution/index.html

@IloraBandyopadhyay I am surprised no one has found a statement of support for removing McCarthy yet. In addition to their contentious relationship, Trump does love to criticize anyone perceived as losing. "I like people who didn't get captured."

Is this market mutually exclusive with the “ambiguous” market? Or could both resolve positively?

@BenjaminShindel Both could resolve as positive. Given Trump's pattern of speech, I think it's very likely that unambiguous condemnation of McCarthy be preceded by a trial balloon of ambiguous support for McCarthy's removal.
