At the California Michelin Guide ceremony on July 18, Michelin will announce this year's batch of culinary distinctions for restaurants in the state. Which San Francisco restaurants will gain at least one star? (I'm only counting normal stars, not Green Stars or Bib Gourmands. Also, the restaurants have to be in SF proper.)
