I'm seriously considering moving to the Bay Area from Sacramento this year.

Context:

• My subjective odds feel like 95%

• I have a potential roomate and we've looked at locations in Oakland together, but not yet gone to open houses

• His lease ends early Feb

• I am on month-to-month, so no set deadline

• Many of my friends are in SF/the Bay

• My SO is in South Bay

• I make marginally more money living in the bay

• However, I don't dislike Sacramento and moving sucks
