3.00Looking up news stories on world coins, they now claim total user numbers as something distinct from verified users, e.g. here:
"With 15 million users currently, including 7 million verified through its Orb technology [...]"
At the time I created this question, "users" were unambiguously orb-verified humans, and I will resolve the question accordingly. At close time, I will look up this number in relevant news articles, resolving NO based on the 7 million figure quoted above if I don't find anything more recent.
