Definition of a victim

a person who is tricked or duped. or

a person who has come to feel helpless and passive in the face of misfortune or ill-treatment.

It doesn't matter if the claims are true or not these people should be victims in the eyes of MrGirl

Should be mentioned in the manifesto as victim or should be highly implied

I'll be not placing any bets as implied victims can be a bit subjective, I want this to be fair and without any biases

This will resolve as N/A if the manifesto is not released by June 30th
