Resolves yes if Inter Miami misses the playoffs and ends up within 3 points (inclusive) of the 9th place team in the conference.

For example, if the 9th place team in the conference finishes with 42 points, resolves yes if Inter Miami finishes with 39, 40 or 41 points (or finishes with 42 points but misses the playoffs).
