Will the "not-security" ruling in SEC vs. Ripple be successfully appealed?

Judge Torres issued a ruling that XRP is not a security when it's sold on a crypto exchange to retail customers, and thus those are not entitled to any protection by SEC.
This decision is considered by many people as very weird. Will it be appealed and overturned?
