At 14:00 UTC, December 31, 2024, I will check each linked account in this market and determine if it is banned from Manifold.

For each contract, it shall resolve to YES if I determine the linked account to be banned from Manifold on the stated date and time and shall resolve to NO if I determine the linked account not to be banned from Manifold.

If an account linked to on this market is renamed, its corresponding contract will be renamed as well. If an account linked to on this market is deleted, remains deleted on 14:00 UTC, December 31, 2024, and the webpage for the account does not mention that the account is banned, its corresponding contract will resolve to NO, and will resolve to YES if the first two criteria are met but not the third. If an account is deleted after the creation of its corresponding contract and another banned account with the same username is somehow created, its contract will resolve according to the prior criteria regarding deleted accounts as of just before the creation of the new account unless the recreated account is, according to my best judgement (or that of a moderator if the scenario outlined in the next paragraph occurs), operated by the same person that operated the deleted account at the time of its ban from Manifold, in which case it will resolve to YES. If Manifold does not exist on 14:00 UTC, December 31, 2024, all contracts shall resolve to NO.

If I do not resolve this market or otherwise indicate that I have determined the ban status of the linked accounts as described by 00:00 UTC, January 2, 2025, a moderator should resolve this market according to their best indication of the ban status of these users on 14:00 UTC, December 31, 2024, according to the resolution criteria of this market as outlined in its description. This market can be resolved by a moderator early, from 14:00 UTC, December 31, 2024, to 00:00 UTC, January 2, 2025, if it is very likely that I will not resolve this market myself (i.e. due to a prolonged period of inactivity or a ban or deletion of my own account.)
