Will the Tampa Bay Rays leave St. Petersburg before 2028?

The Tampa Bay Rays lease at Tropicana Field in St. Petersburg expires in 2027. If by 2028 they leave Pinellas County for Tampa, Orlando, or somewhere else, this market will resolve YES. If they sign a lease somewhere in Pinellas County (it does not necessarily need to be the same stadium) prior to 2028, this market will resolve NO.
