Resolves YES if Leffen wins Melee singles at a Major. (After 2024)

Resolves NO if Leffen dies, or if ANY THREE of the following are true at the SAME TIME (with posted evidence):
1. Leffen has not entered Melee singles at a Major for the past two years.
2. Leffen has not won a Major for the past seven years.
3. Leffen did not appear in the previous year's top 100 ranking.
4. Leffen has a physical injury or disease that seriously hampers his ability to compete in the foreseeable future.
5. Leffen's public position is that he has quit Melee and is not expecting to compete seriously in the future.
6. Leffen at some point dropped a tournament game to @Tumbles.

I will be deferring to Liquipedia on which tournaments count as a 'Major'.
