By 'Tsukihime anime adaptation', I mean an adaptation of part or all of the story of Tsukihime and/or its remake. Liberties may be taken—something like the 2003 Tsukihime anime would count as relevantly adaptation-like—and partial adaptations will be counted—an adaptation of only Ciel's route, for instance, analogous to Ufotable's Fate/stay night Unlimited Blade Works anime—but this question doesn't cover spinoffs which aren't even trying to adapt the story, in the manner of e.g. Carnival Phantasm.

By 'the Tsukihime remake being fully released', I mean all six routes—Arcueid, Ciel, Hisui, Kohaku, Akiha, and Satsuki—being available to the public to read, as currently seems likely to happen with the release of Tsukihime -The other side of red garden-.
