In Presidential elections in the United States, electoral college votes are assigned to the winner of the plurality of the statewide popular vote, aside from Maine and Nebraska, which assign an electoral vote to the winner of each congressional district and two to the statewide winner.

Answers where RFK Jr. wins a plurality of the vote (and thus will win the Electoral College votes) in the 2024 U.S. Presidential election will resolve YES. Otherwise they resolve NO.

Faithless electors will not be taken into account for the purposes of the resolution of this market.
