Valheim is unlikely to be out of EA before end of 2024 per the developer's statements.
"pretty safe" to me means that in a majority of outcomes, Valheim leaves early access in 2025 or later by their estimation.
The V Rising team say that they "don't want to stay in early access longer than they have to" and their game seems to be in a feature rich state already, though of the two I have not played it.
@lukalot Valheim does not clarify if the game will exit early access at 1.0 (the criteria for the market) or when the developers consider it "finished".
