To confirm, 10th of June exact close was 0.8457, which rounds up to 0.85, so it would resolve 0.85 (0.85-0.86 on the advanced betting bar) even though the number was in the range 0.84-0.85

That is not what I expected

Me either, trying to understand what "Rules: Rounded to the hundredths." means

That is a good flag and seems to not be in the spirit of the market (given that changes in the thousandths are relevant to currency). I have updated the rules to reflect that .846 would fall with the .84-.85.
