This will resolve yes if OPM announces that govt buildings are closed on Monday Jan 26th due to the snowstorm. A delay in start time only will not resolve this to YES. However, an unscheduled leave/ unscheduled telework would resolve this to YES.

The determination will be made based on the OPM site on Monday morning.
