Resolution criteria.

  • The single answer with the most poll votes resolves YES; all others resolve NO. If there’s a tie, a 24-hour runoff poll among tied options will decide the winner. If still tied, resolve to the tied option with higher total M$ trading volume at market close; if still tied, resolve by a publicly verifiable coin flip posted in comments.

  • Anyone may add answers until the initial poll is created (platform auto-adds “Other” due to addAnswersMode=ANYONE).

Background

  • “Antichrist” is a theological/eschatological concept found in Christian texts (e.g., 1–2 John; Revelation interprets an adversarial end-times figure/force). Interpretations range from a specific future person to a symbolic system.

  • Candidate context:

    • Peter Thiel — investor; co-founded PayPal and Palantir.

    • Sam Altman — tech executive known for leading OpenAI.

    • Mark Zuckerberg — co-founded and leads Meta (Facebook).

    • Elon Musk — leads Tesla and SpaceX; owns X (formerly Twitter).

Considerations

  • Many traditions do not identify a single historical person as “the” antichrist; this poll-based resolution substitutes community judgment for unverifiable prophecy.

  • New serious or joke answers may be added; traders should monitor additions before the poll snapshot.

Given the sorts of answers given here, I think a big question is whether "the Antichrist" is taken to mean the same figure as "the beast of the sea" whose number is 666.

@AlexanderTheGreater I'm an atheist but the parallels are pretty striking: https://archive.is/rlXbs
