ABC News is scheduled to host the second debate between Biden and Trump on Sept. 10 at 9 p.m. ET.

If the debate is cancelled or Biden drops out of the race, this will resolve to, "There is no second debate." If the debate is simply rescheduled, it will still count.

If the debate does take place, I'll create a poll, "Did Biden perform better at the second presidential debate than at the first one?"

The poll will then run for one week, and this market will resolve to the result.

Note that this market will close before the debate begins.
