Fully interactive would mean things like
- it moves on it's own and does facial expressions
- reacts to someone walking up to it (or trying to touch it)
- can listen to questions asked by park guests and give relevant answers
- can carry on a conversation (has >1 question of context window)

• can distinguish between different people (won't try to continue a conversation after the guest walks away and someone else walks up)
