@geuber never eaten pepper jack (or even heard of it before the inspiration market) but if it has pepper in it then it's a likely case of tongue hurty

Vegan is the only one that's morally acceptable; cheddar is the only one that tastes good. Man, cheese is pretty shit, all things considered.

@Fion I definitely agree on ethics, though not fully regarding flavor.

Out of the handful I've ever tried in the past before becoming vegan, I'd say stilton is vomit inducing, red Leicester is basically nicer cheddar, and American, brie, and mozzarella are nice in moderation combined with other flavours but quickly become sickly on their own.

People have repeatedly told me that vegan cheese sucks but personally I really like the vegan cheese that vemondo sell.
