My partner and I quit vaping around 3 weeks ago (prior to that we were using around 3 ml of 5 percent juice a day, for the past 3 years) - what we did was:

  1. Purchase 120ml of juice at the following concentrations: 3%, 2%, 1.2%, 0.6%, 0.3%, 0.0%

  2. Commit to each other we are not buying more vape juice again.

Quitting was not painless, but was also not nearly as bad as I was expecting (definitely much easier than cold turkey). The jumps from 5 to 3, from 3 to 2, and from 2 to 1.2 were all relatively painless. 1.2 to 0.6, 0.6 to 0.3, and 0.3 to 0.0 were a little annoying - I did notice we were a bit snippier with eachother the 2 days following each (50% snippier maybe? It was definitely tolerable).

Finding the vape juice at the required concentrations was the hardest part - I had to call around at 7 shops before one had low doses in stock.

If you want to quit but haven't, I reccomend my course of actions (as better than cold turkey or continuing to vape).
