@Tetraspace not for any reason I can tell, hurts the most when I reach across to the other side of my body and have my upper arm close to my chest

@Tetraspace All I can say is that it's best to keep the shoulder up and forward (i.e., stretching your arm forward, which leads it to go up). This may or may not help, but is best for the long run.
