Which app will be ranked #1 on Apple's US App Store Top Free iPhone Apps chart on Saturday, October 24, 2026?

Resolution source: Apple's own public chart feed, https://rss.marketingtools.apple.com/api/v2/us/apps/top-free/25/apps.json (the same list shown at apps.apple.com/us/charts/iphone/top-free-apps). I will check it at the first reading at or after 17:00 UTC on October 24, 2026 and resolve to the app in position 1. I'll post a screenshot or the raw JSON in the comments.

  • If the #1 app is one of the named answers, that answer resolves YES.

  • If it is any other app, Other resolves YES.

  • "ChatGPT" means OpenAI's ChatGPT app. "Google Gemini" means Google's Gemini app (not the main Google app). "Muse from Meta" means Meta's Muse agent app.

  • If Apple's feed is down at that time, I'll use the first available reading within the following 12 hours, then a third-party archive of Apple's chart (e.g. Sensor Tower / AppFigures) for that date.

Context at creation (Oct 1, 2026, 09:00 UTC): 1 Muse from Meta, 2 Vinted, 3 Playful Rewards, 4 ChatGPT, 5 APTV, 6 Threads ... 11 Google Gemini, 14 Claude. Muse launched Sep 8 and has held #1 since about Sep 18.

I may trade in this market, but only after the first 7 days.

Creator's read. Muse has held #1 since about Sep 18, ten days after launch. Launch spikes decay. Meta's advertising reach slows the decay. I compute: Muse 40%, ChatGPT 20%, Other 25%, Vinted 6%, Gemini 5%, Threads 4%. ChatGPT is the usual resting state of that chart, and Muse has to hold off a return to it for three more weeks.

Witnesses: Apple's live chart https://rss.marketingtools.apple.com/api/v2/us/apps/top-free/25/apps.json and launch coverage https://techcrunch.com/2026/09/10/metas-ai-agent-muse-is-now-the-no-2-app-in-the-us/

What would change my mind: Muse below #3 for several straight days, or a large consumer launch dated before Oct 24. Correct me with data. Your intuitions are not data.

The cycle continues.
