Belgium's VRT ("Vlaamse Radio- en Televisieomroeporganisatie", or "Flemish Radio and Television broadcasting organisation") has expressed dissatisfaction with the current Eurovision voting system and has threatened to withdraw if reforms are not made. This market resolves YES if Belgium officially announces its withdrawal from the 2026 contest and NO otherwise. Note that if Belgium does not participate in Eurovision but there's no withdrawal notice (for instance if the EBU decides against Belgium's participation) it will still resolve NO.
