This market resolves to YES if the Russian men's national ice hockey team plays at least one official game at the 2027 IIHF World Championship in Germany.
It resolves to NO if they do not participate due to IIHF structural adjustments, a German government visa ban, or any other reason.
Following the CAS ruling on October 30, 2026, which overturned the IIHF ban on Russian teams for the 2026/27 season, Russia is technically cleared to compete under its own flag at the 2027 World Championship in Germany. However, significant logistical, political, and security hurdles remain.
