The "After the Final Rose"/ Reunion episode(s) count as part of the season.

Normally there's a proposal and an engagement, but a marriage isn't out of the question. If they get married off screen between the final rose and the reunion, that still counts. No proposal or no engagement, even if the Bachelor then marries one of the eliminated contestants, doesn't count and resolves this NO immediately.
