Does this market resolve yes now despite possibility of one or more betters selling their holding before close? [Sorry presumably not given the "Resolves YES if 8 bettors hold the requisite minimum 20 mana position ***at close***"]
Also if a few say they don't want a hand but have the 20 position required, does this market count them per description or exclude them per question title?
