Before verification this was quite common. There are still spambots and occasional alt or referral exploitation rings, but it's mostly quieted down. However there's a bit of a mod queue I may get to, and maybe there are a couple spammers in there to juice this market.

Superbans, of course, count. Partial bans ("restricted"), even permanent ones, do not count.

To mitigate traders' risk of manipulation:

• I will not trade

• I swear to not lift the bans of anyone I ban during this time (if you somehow convince me to ban you, you'll also have to convince another mod to unban you)
