@traders does anyone have an issue if I close all the non-announced rule changes as "NO"? I don't think there is precedent for additional rule changes after the rule changes are announced

By "NCAA playoff format" do you mean "overtime format"? I'm confused how the NCAA playoff format could be adopted for all NFL games...
