Each answer is independent and will have two different NFC teams. It will resolve "YES" if one of the teams makes the playoffs (wildcard or division winner), and the other team doesn't. It will resolve "NO" if both teams make the playoffs or neither team makes the playoffs. You do not need to specify which of the teams you think will be in and which will be out.

Feel free to add any combination that does not already exist (even if one of the teams is already there, or even there multiple times). However I am banning from the start the following NFC teams from being submitted (and would resolve an answer containing a team on the banned list as of the submission as "N/A"):

Banned List

San Francisco 49ers (Clinched Playoffs)

Philadelphia Eagles (Clinched Playoffs)

Dallas Cowboys (Clinched Playoffs)

Detroit Lions (Clinched Playoffs)

Chicago Bears (Mathematically Eliminated)

New York Giants (Mathematically Eliminated)

Washington Commanders (Mathematically Eliminated)

Arizona Cardinals (Mathematically Eliminated)

Carolina Panthers (Mathematically Eliminated)

I reserve the right to remove a team from the banned list (but will announce it). I will also add a team to the Banned List if they qualify for the playoffs or are mathematically eliminated (any existing entries will remain live and would NOT resolve N/A).

Each answer is independent and will only resolve as "YES" if ONE AND ONLY ONE of the two teams listed in an answer make the playoffs. Otherwise will resolve "NO".

I wanted to make a market that allowed people to flex their ability of knowing team schedule correlations, and tiebreaker scenarios.

I will try to resolve individual submissions as soon possible once both one team clinches a playoff spot and the other is eliminated, even before the end of the regular season (or both are eliminated, or clinch).

I am waiving my normal policy to not bet on my own markets, as this one seems too fun, but will never bet based on banned list changes.

Hope everyone enjoyed the market! Lmk if there are suggestions to run it better/make it cleaner!

Going into Week 17:

Due to other results, I am NOT ADDING THE FALCONS from the banned list despite what I said before.

The list of following results (after the game ends) immediately will put a team onto the banned list (and any question added the final result (if there is a pairing) afterward with be N/A):

  • The Saints losing to the Buccaneers will put the Saints on the Banned List (12/31 1pm)

  • The Loser of Green Bay and Minnesota is put on the Banned List (12/31 8pm SNF)

  • Falcons loss to Bears AND Saints loss to Buccaneers puts the Atlanta Falcons on the Banned List (12/31 1pm)

For Bears funnzies (and shameless plug below for free money):

  • The Bears will be removed from the Banned List after (if) the Steelers beat the Seahawks (4pm 12/31) and Bears > Falcons, Giants > Rams, Buccaneers > Saints in the 1pm 12/31 slots

Which of the following Jimmy Carter, NFL, or Taylor Swift event will occur first?โ€Œ

Week 16:

The Atlanta Falcons will be added to the Banned List with a loss next week (even if I'm slow to update the description right after the win Sunday at 1pm, consider them banned).

@StopPunting Due to other results, I am NOT ADDING THE FALCONS from the banned list despite what I said before. Sorry :(

The Chicago Bears will be removed from the Banned List with a win over the Browns next week (even if I'm slow to update the description right after the win 1pm, consider them unbanned).

this is good fun! thanks....
