Norwegian Air Shuttle announced on 6 July 2023 their agreement to acquire Widerøe [1]. The merger needs to be approved by the Norwegian Competition Authority.
The market will resolve to YES if Norwegian acquires Widerøe, and NO if the agreement fails for any reason, not limited to objections from the competition authority.
I've set the deadline to a little more than six months from the announcement, but the market may close early or be extended as necessary.
