NO, if another candidate, excluding the moderators, speaks longer, if Pence doesn't attend, if he suspends his campaign before the debate, or if he doesn't qualify
N/A, if the debate is cancelled or postponed until after September 30, 2023 at 11:59:59pm EDT
If CNN doesn't publish an analysis of speaking times, then The New York Times will be used as a source instead. If neither publishes such an analysis, then another mainstream media source will be used.
