Resolves NO if the launch has not occurred by that date, including if the mission is cancelled, indefinitely delayed, or restructured such that "Artemis V" no longer refers to a crewed lunar landing mission.

Background: As of July 2026, NASA anticipates launching Artemis V, using the standardized configuration of the SLS rocket, by late 2028, with future missions about once per year thereafter.
