This market will resolve YES if, before market close, the Twitter platform is continuously unavailable to users for more than 1 week, as reported by Downdetector.com or equivalent reliable sources.

Otherwise this market will resolve NO.

I expect that would be essentially the death of the entire service, given it could prove a catalyzing event for users to be shed to one of its competitors. Accordingly, I expect they'll do whatever it takes to avoid it, even if that means disabling some features to keep the core service up.
