Resolution criteria
This market will resolve based on findings officially announced by the Egyptian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities or credible, peer-reviewed scientific reports regarding the exploration of the "Big Void" (the ScanPyramids Big Void) located above the Grand Gallery of the Great Pyramid of Giza.
An answer will resolve to "Yes" if a direct investigation, such as through non-invasive imaging, robotic exploration, or physical access, provides evidence that the item in question exists within the void. Multiple options may resolve to "Yes" if multiple items are discovered. If official investigations conclude that the space is empty, contains only structural materials (like natural debris or limestone), or if no definitive identification is possible, "Nothing" will resolve to "Yes."
Background
In 2017, the ScanPyramids project, utilizing muon tomography, identified a large, previously unknown void inside the Great Pyramid of Giza, situated above the Grand Gallery. The purpose, contents, and structural nature of this space remain subjects of intense archaeological debate. Theories range from it being a functional structural gap to relieve stress on the Grand Gallery, a hidden storage space for funerary objects, or an undiscovered chamber containing significant artifacts. As of now, no physical entry has been made into the space, and its interior remains unobserved.
