resolved n/a because misleading title

I believe this should resolve false both for the title and the unmet resolution criteria: The moon is not made of green cheese and the YES resolution criteria mentioned did not occur.

Why hasn't this market resolved yet? It's very rare for the resolution date to be so close to the end of year
