I am a Plus user. If I see it in my account and can use it before market close, and reporting says other Plus users can as well, resolves YES. Otherwise, resolves NO.

If they partially roll out to Plus users, I'll consider resolving to a rough % of Plus users who have it. If they give it to everyone but somehow restrict it in other ways, still resolves YES as long as it's usable in some form.
