The flight leaves at 10am May 2nd from Heathrow to Nassau. I'm sitting at around the economy front 1/3rd mark of a Boeing 777. It only counts if I hear them whilst sitting in my seat, not if they are walking past when boarding/exiting.

I did hear crying toddlers on 2 of my 3 flights from SFO => MSP => EWR => NAS, so clearly the base rates are like 66%
Update: it's actually a flight to the grand Cayman island with a stop at nassau. Seems quite busy although havent seen too many families
