for about a year i knew that aqua would end up with no one, but not why

last night i speed-read about 60 chapters to finish the manga, just so that i could resolve this.
there were twists and turns.
there was a beach episode i breezed past. in retrospect it wasn't filler.
nothing in oshi no ko is filler.

after sleeping somewhat okay last night
the full weight of the story
and its characters
hit me all at once.
