After the market closes, I will check the lowest and highest prices this market ever reached, rounded to one decimal place.

• If (100 - highest price) > lowest price → resolves "Yes"

• If (100 - highest price) < lowest price → resolves "No"
  

Special cases:

• If equal → resolves based on which extreme was reached first chronologically (Low first → "Yes", High first → "No")

• If the market reaches 0.0 → resolves "Yes" immediately

• If the market reaches 100.0 → resolves "No" immediately
