This market resolves to the OPPOSITE side from what it traded closer to.
After the market closes, I will check the lowest and highest prices this market ever reached, rounded to one decimal place.
If (100 - highest price) > lowest price → resolves "Yes"
If (100 - highest price) < lowest price → resolves "No"
Special cases:
If equal → resolves based on which extreme was reached first chronologically (Low first → "Yes", High first → "No")
If the market reaches 0.0 → resolves "Yes" immediately
If the market reaches 100.0 → resolves "No" immediately
