At the end of February I will ask @chrisjbillington to run his script. If I end up getting half or less of the buckets filled from December, which was 28.6%, this will resolve YES. So the target is 14.3%

Last month I failed this goal and got 19.3% filled. I had some unexpected life circumstances that happened that month, hopefully this month will be better.

This is a motivation market. As such, to prevent manipulation, I will only be allowed to buy YES, and I will not be allowed to sell it.
