JustLolaMan usually publishes a tier list for each set during set preview week, evaluating the cards power level in draft.

This time around justlolaman has had a lot on their plate arising from significant events in their personal life. The tier list has not been published to my knowledge and, ostensibly, as more time passes since the set's release a tier list loses some of it's relevance for drafters as they have more personal experience and 17lands data to draw upon to make their own conclusions regarding card power levels.

Justlolaman may, justifiably, take a set off from doing their tier lists, for personal reasons, or time constraint reasons, or any other reasons.

Market Closes on October 29, 2023, or as soon as I am aware that a Wild's of Eldraine (WOE) tier list has been published.

Market Resolves YES if when I check either of the links above, there is a post with a link to a WOE tierlist and a time stamp BEFORE 00:00:00 (PT)October 30, 2023 , i.e. no later than 23:59:59 (PT) October 29, 2023, otherwise Market Resolves NO.
