Resolves to the S3 Diamond League that has the lowest standard deviation in leauge scores after discarding the top (2) two and bottom (4) four final scores from each cohort. I will use the other sixteen (16) league scores to compute a population standard devation.

I saw other markets that asked for the most competative and used the metric of the highest bubble thresholds for promotion or demotion which I interpret to be more of a highest performance metric than actual competition.

If a match up is lopsided, one might say there was no competition, the match was deterministic. So I decided to try out making a market with a metric that might more closely align with my interpretation of "internally" competative or evenly matched so you have to try harder to outperform your "competition".
